Business Development Manager - HPE Networking

About the role

Ingram Micro, which works with HPE, is looking for a Business Development Manager for its HPE Networking team in Kallang Bahru. The role drives HPE Networking go-to-market strategy, partner development and revenue growth across the SMB and Commercial segments, owning the distributor-level business plan and partnering with HPE, resellers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive HPE Networking go-to-market strategy, partner development and revenue growth across SMB and Commercial segments.
• Own the distributor-level business plan, covering portfolio growth, partner activation, sales enablement and pipeline development.
• Work with HPE, resellers, sales teams and internal functions to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Operations on pricing, inventory, supply and product lifecycle matters.
• Track business performance and report regularly on revenue, pipeline, margin, partner growth and key initiatives.
• Use market data to support business decisions and lead competitive and market intelligence.
• Jointly plan and engage with HPE on quarterly priorities, programs and incentives.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, sales, channel management or IT distribution.
• Basic knowledge of HPE, networking and partner ecosystems.
• Strong commercial and business development mindset, good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, pipeline and revenue.
• Proactive, organised, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
