Business Development Representative

About the role

Co.Efficient Alpha is a greentech company focused on energy efficiency and sustainability. We are seeking a Business Development Representative to launch and grow our operations in Malaysia and Indonesia. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role that will shape our market entry and build a pipeline of clients, installers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve business targets for the Malaysia and Indonesia markets.
• Develop and nurture a network of leads, clients, installers, dealers and strategic partners.
• Prospect new opportunities, conduct site visits and present solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required profile

• Engineering background, preferably electrical.
• Proven success selling to manufacturing, mall or hotel accounts.
• 4–5 years of business development or sales experience.
• Strong English proficiency and own transport.

Required skills

• Electrical engineering knowledge
