Buyer – Indirect Procurement & Air Transportation (SEA)

About the role

The Buyer will strengthen the SEA procurement team by managing indirect services and air transportation categories across the region. This position is responsible for end‑to‑end purchasing, cost optimisation and building a sustainable category management framework.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle procurement for indirect services (marketing, IT, intellectual services, etc.) and air transportation, including sourcing, evaluation, quotation benchmarking, negotiation, contract execution and supplier performance management.
• Develop and optimise category‑specific procurement processes, align with industry standards and fill existing management gaps.
• Track spend data, identify savings opportunities and deliver annual cost‑efficiency targets.
• Support internal stakeholders with compliant, cost‑effective solutions for indirect and air transport needs.
• Maintain stable supplier relationships, expand high‑quality supplier resources and mitigate procurement risks.
• Consolidate progress, savings performance and category development into regular reports for leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2–5 years of professional procurement experience, with solid exposure to indirect procurement and air transportation category management.
• Experience in SEA regional procurement, preferably within the airline industry.
