About the role

Join a leading local bank’s contact centre as a Call Centre Agent on a 12‑month contract. You will provide personalized telephone support to customers, handling enquiries on banking products, accounts and services.

Key responsibilities

Deliver efficient, courteous telephone service to banking customers.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Identify cross‑sell opportunities during interactions.
Maintain high quality service standards to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Collect customer feedback and highlight recurring issues for improvement.

Required profile

Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
Ability to listen actively and respond with clear, accurate information.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
