Capability Development Lead – High Bonuses (North)

About the role

We are seeking a Capability Development Lead to design and manage competency frameworks and learning pathways across the organisation. This senior HR role will partner with business units to drive capability building and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and collaborate with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains.
• Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with the competency framework and adult learning principles.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, source vendors, and act as the primary liaison for Business Units to support training initiatives.
• Organise capability‑building events and continuously review programme effectiveness to ensure improvement and alignment with organisational objectives.

Required profile

• At least a degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing competency‑based learning frameworks within structured HR environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
