Change and Capability Partner - Manufacturing Excellence Program

About the role

ResMed is looking for a Change and Capability Partner for its Manufacturing Excellence Program (MEP) in Singapore. The role is the execution engine for the people side of the program: turning the agreed change and capability strategy into a working plan, communications, training rollout and follow-through across sites, waves and squads. Strategy and standards come from the People Team Centre of Excellence, while this role applies them and keeps the momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Run the change plan: build the execution plan, keep the milestone tracker, communication calendar, engagement plan and training schedule current, and track actions, risks and dependencies.
• Craft and land the narrative: write case for change, leader cascade packs, manager toolkits, FAQs, town hall content and intranet updates, and run the communications plan across audiences.
• Engage stakeholders: maintain stakeholder maps, coordinate workshops, leader briefings, manager cascades and go-and-see activity, and surface resistance and adoption barriers early.
• Deploy capability: schedule and run the learning pathways, assessments and train-the-trainer sessions, and track participation and proficiency.
• Take the pulse: run pulse surveys and listening loops, maintain readiness and adoption dashboards, support hypercare and handover, and feed lessons back to the Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• 5+ years in change management, capability deployment, learning rollout, operational excellence or complex programme execution.
• Proven delivery of change and capability plans across multi-site, cross-functional environments.
• Manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, lean, automation or MES/digital adoption experience strongly preferred.
• Strong execution discipline, excellent writing, credibility with both senior leaders and shop-floor teams, and comfort working at pace with ambiguity.
• Change certification (Prosci / ADKAR or similar) and regulated or medical device manufacturing experience are advantageous.
