Change Management & Engagement Manager (6‑month contract)

About the role

This 6‑month contract position supports the Skills and Workforce Development Agency during the merger of SSG and WSG. Reporting to the Principal Manager, you will enable change and drive adoption of new Data and AI ways‑of‑working across legacy teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate change‑management activities for Data and AI initiatives during the merger.
• Organise engagement sessions, briefings and clinics to facilitate adoption.
• Develop and distribute communications and enablement materials such as FAQs, guides and briefings.
• Engage stakeholders from both legacy organisations to collect feedback and identify adoption challenges.
• Support follow‑up actions on adoption issues and readiness throughout the transition period.
• Consolidate engagement outcomes to inform refinements and handover to steady‑state operations.

Required profile

• Experience in change management, engagement, communications or programme support.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven capability to work with diverse stakeholders and synthesise feedback.
• Detail‑oriented and structured approach to coordination tasks.
