Chauffeur Drive Coordinator

About the role

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Chauffeur Drive Coordinator in Singapore to manage all Chauffeur Drive (CD) accounts and identify new opportunities for sustainable revenue growth while keeping costs in line with the annual financial plan. The role works closely with senior operational leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen Avis Budget's Chauffeur Drive presence, improve customer experience and build its brand in the Singapore transportation sector and the wider APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maximise Chauffeur Drive accounts to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain key client relationships to grow Avis Budget's profile in Chauffeur Drive, short-term rental and leasing markets.
• Identify new business opportunities with inbound operators such as airlines and government bodies, as well as corporate sectors.
• Oversee relationships with external suppliers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency and maximum profit per transaction.
• Monitor and reconcile client billing and supplier invoicing to control costs and ensure accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and high service standards, and act as the main point of contact for Chauffeur Drive clients.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, supporting a positive customer service culture.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and give the General Manager tactical recommendations based on data and market intelligence.
• Support APAC-wide initiatives, contribute to vehicle operations (including driving when required) and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport operations, or hospitality/chauffeur services.
• Strong understanding of commercial pricing structures and cost management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Valid driver's licence (essential).
