Chef de Partie – Kitchen Section Lead

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at KOMMUNITY PTE. LTD. based island‑wide in Singapore. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to our recipes and standards while overseeing a dedicated kitchen section.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards and kitchen procedures.
• Manage an assigned kitchen section to ensure smooth workflow and timely food preparation.
• Maintain consistent presentation and portion control for all dishes.
• Uphold cleanliness, organisation and food‑safety standards throughout the kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and inventory control to avoid shortages and waste.
• Collaborate with the Sous Chef and kitchen team to coordinate daily operations.
• Support and mentor Commis Chefs and junior staff, helping them develop skills and maintain quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
