Chef De Partie – Restaurant Service & Kitchen Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef De Partie to join our island‑wide restaurant network in Singapore. The role blends front‑of‑house service with back‑of‑house support, ensuring every guest receives a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests, presenting menus and answering food and beverage queries.
• Maintain table cleanliness, manage table turns, and adhere to timing standards for service.
• Serve hot dishes hot and cold dishes cold, and follow cash‑handling policies.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and suggestive sales of liquor, beer, wine, and retail items.
• Prepare basic cooking ingredients, wash and chop vegetables, and assist with simple dishes such as salads and entrees.
• Support kitchen operations with packing or vacuum‑packing tasks as needed.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe restaurant environment and help control waste and costs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in restaurant service or kitchen operations.
• Strong guest‑focus with the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a professional appearance in uniform.
• Reliability in reporting to work on time and following standard operating procedures.
