Client Director – Transport

About the role

We are looking for a senior Client Director to lead and grow our Transport business in Singapore. The role combines high‑level client engagement, business development and oversight of complex transport infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision‑makers in government agencies, infrastructure owners and design‑and‑build contractors.
• Translate market insight into a pipeline of achievable opportunities and lead strategic bids from early positioning through proposal development and negotiation.
• Provide visible leadership and governance for the delivery of major transport and infrastructure projects, coordinating multidisciplinary, geographically dispersed teams.
• Develop people, strengthen technical capability and share knowledge across the organisation.

Required profile

• Extensive experience planning, designing and delivering major transport and infrastructure projects in Singapore.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and securing work with public‑sector clients and major contractors.
• Strong professional reputation and senior relationships with government agencies and infrastructure owners.
• Deep understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment, engineering standards and authority submission processes.
