Client Relationship Executive (Marken)

About the role

UPS is looking for a Client Relationship Executive (Marken) to support its customer service team and build lasting client relationships. The role works across functions to coordinate Marken teams and agents so they meet customer requirements and network policies, and handles special requests such as enhanced service levels and shipment monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the CS team with significant client issues and escalations.
• Build client relationships by email, phone and face-to-face interaction.
• Work with customer and operational functions and coordinate Marken teams and agents.
• Manage special requests for higher service levels or shipment progress monitoring.
• Work with clients' logistics teams to design and implement solutions for new business needs in line with Marken Guidelines.
• Hold periodic meetings with clients to discuss program status and service issues.
• Investigate shipment performance incidents with Global Key Account, QC/QA and other teams.
• Extract and analyse data from Maestro and other systems and turn it into reports.
• Perform general CS duties where required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business, Logistics & Supply Chain or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, clinical trials or logistics.
• Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain processes; familiarity with temperature-controlled or clinical shipments is an advantage.
• Customer-focused mindset, proven ability to handle multiple priorities accurately, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
