Client Relationship Manager (Korean)

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will support the Korea market by managing direct Korean clients under the KAM structure, assisting with onboarding, activation, retention and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and follow up with direct Korean clients, supporting onboarding, first deposit, trading activation, retention and reactivation.
• Assist KAMs with day‑to‑day client servicing, communication, account follow‑ups, campaign enquiries and operational requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, client services, compliance, marketing, product, operations) to provide timely, accurate support.
• Monitor client activity to identify activation, reactivation, retention opportunities or escalation to KAMs.
• Support execution of Korea market campaigns and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and prepare updates for KAMs and market leadership.
• Escalate complaints, risk concerns, unusual activity or compliance matters promptly.

Required profile

• Native Korean with strong spoken and written English.
• Strong experience in customer service, client relationship management or brokerage operations, preferably with Korean clients.
• Hands‑on knowledge of financial markets and trading products such as Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices.
• Understanding of the Korean retail brokerage market and client trading behaviour.
• Senior, proactive, independent with strong ownership of client issues.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple high‑priority requests in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Fluency in Korean and English.
