About the role

We are looking for a reliable Clinic Assistant to join our team at our Orchard location. You will be the first point of contact for patients, supporting the medical staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries.
Register patients using clinic software and maintain accurate records.
Schedule appointments and keep the system updated.
Assist doctors during procedures and dispense medications as required.
Process payments via cash and credit cards.
Check and replenish stock when needed.
Perform other duties as directed by the doctor and management.

Required profile

Relevant working experience in a clinical or administrative setting.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
Basic accounting skills.

Competitive salary ranging from SGD 2,200 to 3,000 per month.
Full‑time, 5.25‑day work week with alternate Saturdays.
