Clinic Assistant (Contract) – Up to $3K/month

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Clinic Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling registrations, appointments and providing pre‑operation advice.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients and manage appointment bookings using the clinic’s system.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Provide pre‑operation advice and follow‑up with doctors or staff to ensure required information is completed.
- Assist doctors during procedures, including acting as a chaperone.
- Train and guide new or junior staff members.
- Perform daily counter closing, identify discrepancies and alert supervisors.
- Undertake any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum N / O level education.
- 1–2 years of experience as a clinic assistant or PSA.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with clinic management system.
What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,000 to 3,000.
