About the role

The Clinic Assistant will support ENT doctors across three rotating clinics in Singapore (Novena, Parkway, Thomson). Working 5.5 days a week, you will provide basic healthcare services, assist in minor procedures and help maintain smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

Provide basic healthcare duties and triage patients.
Assist doctors during consultations and minor ENT procedures.
Maintain clinic inventory and conduct quarterly stock takes.
Rotate among the three designated clinics every three months.
Perform any additional tasks as required by the medical team.

Required profile

At least one year of experience working in a surgical or ENT clinic.
Graduate with N/O level (or equivalent) qualification.
Ability to work 8:30 am–5:30 pm (or 8:30 am–1:30 pm) on a 5.5‑day work week.
