Clinic Manager – Lifestyle Services

About the role

Seven Retail is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of a lifestyle‑focused medical facility in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, building the team, and delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire launch phase, including regulatory approvals, facility procurement, IT setup, and staff recruitment.
• Manage daily clinic operations, monitor performance, and continuously improve workflow.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule front‑desk staff and clinic assistants.
• Collaborate closely with doctors and senior management to enhance patient experience and service delivery.
• Drive licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH), Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), and PDPA requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in skin, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic operations (preferred).
• Proven track record of launching a new medical or aesthetic clinic is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, meticulous, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working closely with doctors and senior management.
