Clinical Project Assistant – Entry Level, Up to $4K

About the role

Join a multinational clinical research team as a Clinical Project Assistant, supporting the project manager and clinical staff with day‑to‑day project activities. This entry‑level position offers a monthly salary of up to SGD 4,000 and provides exposure to regulatory, data‑management and finance processes within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain clinical systems that track study and site compliance, ensuring data is up‑to‑date.
• Prepare, handle, distribute, file and archive clinical documentation and reports.
• Review study files periodically for accuracy and completeness.
• Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries and clinical data flow.
• Support administrative tasks such as regulatory submissions, safety report handling and logistics.
• Assist with project finance activities, including invoice preparation, tracking and site payment review.
• Serve as a central contact for project communications with sponsors and vendors.
• Undertake any additional project‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in science or pharmaceutical science.
• Some internship or experience in regulatory affairs or clinical research is preferred.
