Clinical Trial Coordinator / Assistant – Up to $7K + Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Clinical Trial Coordinator/Assistant to join our team in Singapore on a contract basis. The role supports Clinical Project Managers in the day‑to‑day administration of clinical studies, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with Good Clinical Practice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Project Managers with trial administration tasks.
• Maintain and organize the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) to ensure GCP compliance.
• Track study budgets, process invoices and coordinate with vendors.
• Arrange study logistics, schedule meetings and organise training sessions.
• Update study trackers, generate reports and manage trial documentation.
• Support the revision of Standard Operating Procedures and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline (preferred).
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with an interest in clinical research.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes or previous exposure to a CTA role is advantageous.

Required skills

• Understanding of GCP guidelines.
• Experience with electronic document management systems (eTMF).
