Communications Executive – Account Services (Singapore)

About the role

As a Communications Executive you will join Vero’s client services team in Singapore, supporting accounts and helping develop and execute strategic communications plans for a range of brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team to build Vero’s business in Singapore and across ASEAN, including client work, counsel and new‑business development.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, manage communications, attend meetings, track deadlines and support senior team members.
• Prepare plans, reports and proposals, and handle administrative duties such as scheduling and documentation.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors and target audiences; analyse media coverage and social metrics to provide insights.
• Assist in developing PR strategies, media lists, drafting press releases, pitches and coordinating media outreach.
• Support social‑media strategy development, create content for various platforms, manage community and analyse performance.
• Help develop influencer lists, outreach strategies, manage collaborations and monitor campaign performance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in an agency environment or relevant internship.
• Highly motivated, flexible, reliable, honest and able to work under pressure.
• Structured, detail‑oriented, responsible and independent.
• Creative problem‑solver with strong research abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment and eager to build a PR career.
