Community Executive, AI Singapore

About the role

NTU is hiring a Community Executive for AI Singapore (AISG), a national initiative supported by MDDI, IMDA and NRF that connects Singapore research institutions with AI start-ups and companies. The position is hosted at NTU under the VP (Artificial Intelligence & Digital Economy)'s office and welcomes you to join its community.

Key responsibilities

• Event planning and promotion: plan and run regular and ad-hoc online and offline events such as webinars, AMAs, meetups and workshops, and support community-building activities linked to AIxTech, AIAP, LADP and AIIP programmes.
• Community engagement: act as the main contact on online community platforms, respond to inquiries promptly, monitor brand mentions and escalate issues, coordinate with technical staff, and manage member onboarding and retention.
• Content creation: adapt content from internal and external sources, coordinate writers, test and optimise content, and manage the community editorial calendar.
• Insights and reporting: gather member feedback, track community metrics and report on engagement and ROI to internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree with at least 3 years of experience in DevRel, community operations, corporate communications, hospitality management (e.g. co-working spaces or guest relations) or a digital communications role in an agency.
• Platform-savvy, with knowledge of media platforms, community engagement tools, marketing automation and digital communication tools.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to provide a portfolio, website or samples of work, including communities managed.
