Consultant / Senior Consultant – Business Consulting

About the role

Capco is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join its Business Consulting practice. You will work on‑site with leading financial services and insurance clients, delivering large‑scale change initiatives and helping shape their strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps and propose enhancements.
• Act as the liaison between business and technical users, ensuring project timelines and milestones are met.
• Deliver and manage projects and individual workstreams, communicating status updates to senior management.
• Work directly with clients across investment banking, retail banking, wealth management, technology and insurance to implement change initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience as a management consultant, preferably with a top consulting firm.
• Background in Financial Services and/or Insurance within one of the core capability areas (Digital Transformation, Data Strategy/Management/Analytics, Business & Finance Transformation, IT Transformation).
• Strong motivation and ability to collaborate in client‑facing teams.
