Consulting Manager – Recruitment Business Lead

About the role

Search Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to lead and grow its recruitment business in Singapore. The role combines senior recruitment delivery with business development, client relationship management, and mentorship of junior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and executive search assignments, from business development and requirement gathering through sourcing, assessment, negotiation and placement.
• Develop new business and client relationships, identifying opportunities and building long‑term partnerships across Singapore.
• Manage and grow key client accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner and providing market intelligence, candidate insights and hiring advice.
• Mentor and support recruitment consultants, sharing effective sourcing, headhunting, candidate management and business‑development strategies.
• Drive team and individual revenue performance, setting recruitment priorities, managing pipelines and contributing to overall company growth.

Required profile

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid CEI certificate.
• Substantial experience in agency recruitment / executive search with a proven track record in candidate delivery and business development.
• Strong client acquisition and account‑management abilities, comfortable engaging hiring managers, HR leaders and senior decision‑makers.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor or manage recruiters, or strong potential to take on a leadership role.
• Highly commercially driven, entrepreneurial and self‑motivated, able to work independently and own revenue growth.
