Contact Centre Trainer (East Singapore)

About the role

As a Contact Centre Trainer for the East region, you will shape the learning journey of our agents, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our partner brands. You will work closely with operations and quality teams to align training with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programmes.
• Design and create training modules tailored to individual, departmental, and company needs.
• Deliver, assess, and continuously improve in‑house training programmes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend enhancements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop targeted interventions to boost staff performance.
• Support the Quality Management System through ongoing training improvements.

Required profile

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s, Post‑Graduate or Professional degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role within a contact centre or similar customer‑service environment.
• Strong understanding of relevant government policies and contact‑centre operations.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programmes for new hires and existing staff.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
