Contract Patient Service Associate – Bedok & Woodlands

About the role

This contract position supports patients at outpatient clinics in the Bedok and Woodlands areas. You will work on‑site during regular office hours, handling front‑desk duties and basic clinical measurements under supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in and scheduled patients, manage queues and update personal details in the clinic system.
• Schedule appointments, verify test orders, explain procedures and handle consent forms.
• Collect payments, issue receipts and reconcile end‑of‑day transaction records.
• Take basic measurements such as weight, height, BMI and conduct vision screening under nurse or physician supervision.
• Maintain clinic inventory and stationery supplies.
• Assist with community outreach events when required.

Required profile

• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.
• Willingness to float between Bedok and Woodlands locations as needed.
• Commitment to a 6‑month contract duration.
