Corporate Finance Senior Manager – Deals

About the role

PWC is looking for a Senior Manager to join its Deals Advisory practice, focusing on Corporate Finance. You will work with a multi‑cultural team to deliver end‑to‑end deal solutions for leading companies across industries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements for mergers and acquisitions, private equity, take‑overs, and corporate restructuring.
• Independently manage pitch processes and client engagements under the guidance of Corporate Finance Partners.
• Support deal origination, execution, and post‑deal integration across the full transaction lifecycle.
• Provide data‑driven insights to help clients maximise value and achieve strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree(s) and/or MBA.
• Minimum 8 years of professional transaction experience with investment banks or corporate finance firms.
• Proven track record in deal origination, execution and project management.
• Strong analytical, evaluation and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
