Corporate Tax Consulting Manager – Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare

About the role

KPMG Tax Services is looking for a dynamic Corporate Tax Consulting Manager to join its Infrastructure, Government & Healthcare (IGH) team. You will work with multinational clients across financial services, industrial manufacturing, consumer and retail sectors, delivering tax‑efficient solutions that align with their business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and advise on complex tax projects such as M&A, cross‑border transactions, corporate restructurings, IPOs, tax due diligence, tax rulings, incentives and tax risk management.
• Act as a primary client relationship manager, providing commercially sound, tax‑efficient advice.
• Coordinate regional and global tax engagements, collaborating with overseas teams to ensure consistent delivery.
• Identify strategic tax opportunities and risks, leveraging cross‑industry experience.
• Mentor junior staff, review work output and ensure technical quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with tax developments, including BEPS 2.0, and guide clients on implementation.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of Singapore corporate tax and/or international corporate tax experience, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Law; post‑graduate qualification or SIATP accreditation is a plus.
• Strong leadership potential, client‑focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Motivated, commercially minded and able to engage senior stakeholders.
