Finance Business Partner & Regional Finance Controller

About the role

Based in Singapore with 25% global travel, this position combines finance control with business partnering. You will act as a trusted advisor to finance and business leaders across regional offices, strengthening governance while supporting growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations across all regional offices in line with group policies, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead the preparation and coordination of management accounts, MIS reporting, budgeting, and forecasting according to the calendar.
• Budget, monitor and manage key working‑capital components including inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Partner with regional business leaders to provide financial insights, challenge assumptions, and improve cost efficiency, profitability, and resource allocation.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights on performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes in collaboration with business teams.
• Conduct financial evaluation of acquisition targets, due diligence, and assess feasibility, ROI, risk, and strategic alignment of expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Accounting degree; MBA is a plus.
• 6‑8 years of experience in a multinational environment, covering business/sales finance, internal audit, finance business partnering, investment analysis, or finance controller roles.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical capability, and structured problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity and accountability in financial reporting and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional and regional teams.
• Deep understanding of internal controls, financial processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of statutory, tax, and regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to influence business decisions with clear, data‑driven financial insights.
• Commercial mindset that balances control with business enablement.
