Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the end‑to‑end financial management of Continental's Singapore legal entity. This role ensures compliance with local statutory requirements, corporate policies, and financial reporting standards while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with SFRS/IFRS.
• Submit statutory reports, corporate income tax filings and GST compliance on time.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and regulatory bodies such as ACRA and IRAS.
• Act as finance custodian for the Singapore entity, overseeing governance, internal controls and corporate policy adherence.
• Monitor intercompany transactions, transfer‑pricing compliance and balance reconciliations.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles, providing variance analysis and insights to senior management.
• Partner with business stakeholders on strategic initiatives and cost‑optimization projects.
• Manage cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, banking relationships and working‑capital management.
• Ensure corporate tax, GST and other local tax compliance, coordinate tax planning and support audits.
• Design and implement internal controls and risk‑management processes.
