Country Finance Manager – Singapore & Malaysia

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a Country Finance Manager to lead financial performance, planning, governance and business partnership across Singapore and Malaysia. The role provides strategic financial leadership to support profitable growth, operational excellence and business transformation while aligning with regional and corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting cycles, annual operating plans, quarterly outlooks and long‑range financial planning activities.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis and performance insights to support decision‑making.
• Drive monthly business reviews and recommend actions to improve performance and profitability.
• Own and manage country‑level profit & loss performance, monitoring revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, cash flow, inventory and working capital.
• Partner with business leaders to ensure financial accountability and achieve growth targets.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modelling, scenario planning and investment analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Lenovo financial policies, accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain governance frameworks, support statutory audits, tax compliance and manage relationships with external auditors and regulators.
