Country Scale Sales Leader - Singapore

About the role

Cisco is looking for a Singapore Country Scale Sales Leader to lead its MNC, Mid-Market and SMB sales organization in Singapore. The role drives innovation, growth and execution across a strategic, rapidly evolving customer segment, working cross-functionally with sales engineers, partners, marketing, operations and finance as the central orchestrator of the country's go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the Scale sales team in line with Cisco's global and regional transformation strategy for SMB, Mid-Market and MNC.
• Promote AI sales intelligence, modern sales models and next-generation go-to-market approaches, delivering scalable growth through programmatic selling.
• Design tailored routes to market across sub-regions, using selective Scale-prioritized partners and marketing investments.
• Build deep market insight into customer buying behavior, competitors and market dynamics.
• Drive execution across sales planning, forecasting, pipeline development and customer/partner engagement.
• Work directly with customers and strategic partners to co-create value and evolve Cisco's offerings.
• Collaborate with ASEAN and APJC Scale leadership and represent Singapore in regional forums.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Required profile

• 15+ years of sales or business development experience, including leading diverse, high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to design and scale go-to-market strategies in fast-changing, competitive markets.
• Strong stakeholder and partner management, with a track record of influencing across matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading transformation, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled sales, digital selling models or modern demand generation.
• Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem, able to drive co-selling, partner enablement and joint innovation.
• Preferred: tech industry background, familiarity with Cisco's portfolio, bachelor's degree (MBA a plus).
