Credit Management Officer – Finance Directorate (Singapore)

About the role

ATR is seeking a Credit Management Officer to join its Finance Directorate in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Finance and functionally to the Group Credit Management team at ATR headquarters, you will support the organization by managing credit risk and ensuring compliance with ATR’s credit policies.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain approved customer credit lines and payment terms in SAP.
• Release customer orders based on credit risk assessment and monitor overdue invoices.
• Ensure bank guarantees such as letters of credit are renewed on time.
• Track incoming payments, post them to customer accounts, and apply credit notes appropriately.
• Produce monthly customer account statements and provide financial statements for solvency assessment.
• Communicate with customers via email or video call to secure on‑time payments.
• Follow up on overdue invoices diplomatically and manage advanced payment requests (cash on delivery).
• Alert the Group Credit Manager of any emerging credit risks and ensure full policy compliance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in credit management or related finance functions.
• Good understanding of financial risk management and credit policies.
• Ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal commercial teams.

Required skills

• SAP (customer account and credit line management).
