Curriculum Development Analyst (Engineering Services) - 2 Year Contract

About the role

ITE is hiring a Curriculum Development Analyst for its Engineering Services programme at ITE headquarters on a 2-year contract. You will support curriculum review and enhancement by generating evidence-based insights that inform programme improvements, turning quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations that strengthen curriculum quality, industry alignment and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data and carry out applied research to evaluate curriculum effectiveness, learning outcomes and graduate employment performance.
• Run focus groups and engage stakeholders to gather qualitative insights for curriculum improvement.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods to surface insights that drive curriculum decisions and identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Work with curriculum developers, subject matter experts and industry partners to validate findings and co-develop recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers to share findings with curriculum teams and institutional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Experience in curriculum development, educational research or programme evaluation in a post-secondary applied education institution.
• Familiarity with Singapore's education landscape, including ITE's role in post-secondary education and the SkillsFuture ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills, able to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including data collection and statistical analysis.
• Experience with learning management systems, survey tools or data visualisation platforms is an advantage.
