Customer Consultant

About the role

Trane Technologies, a global leader in climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, is hiring a Customer Consultant in Central Singapore. The role serves customers and acts as their representative, checking that work is completed in good quality and on time, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Work is onsite Monday to Thursday, with Fridays chosen flexibly depending on the work.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for each customer and manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying key customers and developing action plans to grow them.
• Identify options to meet customer needs and work closely with the Technical Support Team to make them available.
• Spot opportunities with existing and new customers, present proposals and coordinate processes to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and assistance.
• Resolve complaints by investigating problems with internal stakeholders, discussing solutions internally and recommending them to customers.
• Organise regular service reviews with customers and the operations team on hot jobs and critical issues.
• Understand customer and vertical market needs and determine pricing and selling strategies.
• Prepare and review contract terms and conditions.
• Gather and share marketplace feedback, including competitive information, customer expectations and industry trends.
