Customer Marketing & Business Development Manager

About the role

ATR is seeking a Customer Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive sales and marketing activities across the APAC region. You will influence airline and lessor decision‑makers, shape sales strategy, and support profitable growth of ATR’s turboprop aircraft.

Key responsibilities

• Influence airline and lessor decision‑makers on the competitive advantages of ATR products during sales campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional sales directors to define and implement sales strategies and target accounts.
• Prepare and present technical and economic analyses, including aircraft performance, airline economics, fleet and network planning.
• Develop compelling pitches and value‑added arguments for customers and future prospects, including VIP, oil & gas, and emerging airlines.
• Provide market feedback to product teams and strengthen customer‑facing messaging with marketing and communications groups.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an airline or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of regional air transport, airline cost structures and market drivers.
• Excellent presentation and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into persuasive marketing arguments.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language skills are a plus.
