About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Manager to lead our island‑wide support team in Singapore. The role focuses on driving service excellence, handling escalations and continuously improving the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily customer service operations and monitor team performance.
• Train, mentor and develop customer support representatives.
• Handle escalated and complex service issues.
• Develop and implement service policies and best practices.
• Analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to enhance the customer journey.
• Manage customer support tools and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Stay updated on service trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or Support Lead.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to lead, train and motivate a support team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience analysing customer data and implementing service improvements.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage escalations.
