About the role
We are seeking a Customer Service Officer cum Receptionist to manage our hotline and front‑desk operations. The role involves providing first‑level support to callers and handling enquiries via phone and email while ensuring a professional reception experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the customer service hotline and provide first‑level support.
- Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, and respond to email enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure closure of all customer service calls and complaints.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and promptly escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain reception area and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer‑oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
