Deals Turnaround and Performance Improvement Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is expanding its Deals Advisory practice in Singapore and seeks a Senior Manager to lead turnaround and performance‑improvement engagements for high‑profile clients. You will work across the deal continuum, helping organisations redesign operations, reduce costs and strengthen cash and working‑capital positions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of client data, operations and financial forecasts.
• Assess financial positions, test assumptions and develop turnaround plans.
• Design and implement operational‑improvement and cost‑reduction projects.
• Lead strategic planning, business‑case development and scenario testing.
• Establish and run programme‑management offices to monitor progress.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders, build relationships and drive change.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client leadership.
• Manage project deliverables, risks, procedures and economics.
• Coach and train junior team members and contribute to service‑offering development.
• Support business‑development initiatives across the region.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational restructuring, cost reduction and cash‑flow management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Tenacity to deliver complex change programmes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to travel across the region as client needs dictate.
