Department Assistant / Sales Assistant (Graduate Talent Trainee)

About the role

The Graduate Talent Trainee program at Bitdeer offers an 18‑month rotational experience for recent graduates to develop technical and business skills while supporting sales and operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers with daily operations, expense reports, and reimbursement workflows.
• Consolidate monthly operational records, calculate client billings, and coordinate invoicing with Finance.
• Act as liaison between clients, sales, and internal teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Track project timelines, coordinate deliverables across functional teams, and ensure on‑time execution.
• Assist with administrative duties such as document preparation, contract archiving, and internal approval workflows.
• Maintain operational spreadsheets, databases, and progress reports with high accuracy.
• Help streamline administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field.
• Internship or school project experience in administration, coordination, reporting or AI‑cloud related work.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data tracking and reporting.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Sheets.
