Deployment Trainer

About the role

EPOS, part of Ant International's merchant payment services division, is a Point-of-Sale digital solutions provider based in Singapore. It is looking for a customer-focused, energetic Deployment Trainer to support the onboarding and adoption of EPOS solutions. This is a field-based role where you travel daily to merchant locations across Singapore to carry out product deployment, training and system setup.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on-site deployment and setup of EPOS products at merchant locations.
• Travel daily to merchant sites to provide product training and onboarding support.
• Train merchants and their staff on system functions, workflows and best practices.
• Guide merchants through configuration, account setup and readiness checks.
• Give hands-on demonstrations and answer product questions during deployment sessions.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex ones, and support product updates and refresher training.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success and Technical Support teams.
• Maintain deployment records, training reports and customer feedback, and share improvement ideas internally.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Information Technology, Training or a related field.
• Experience in customer training, onboarding, deployment, customer service or hospitality operations is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Comfortable with daily travel to merchant sites and field-based work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills, and patient with users of varying technical backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently while managing several deployment schedules.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• POS systems, payment solutions, retail or F&B operations experience is an added advantage.
