Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own paid media campaigns for multiple client accounts. You will plan, launch, optimize and report on campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn while working remotely during Singapore business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and manage campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Define audience targeting, bid strategies, budget allocation and conduct creative testing.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA and other KPIs.
• Analyze data, produce actionable reports and recommendations.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Track and troubleshoot pixels, conversion tracking, tagging and attribution.
• Stay updated on platform changes, advertising policies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to align assets with campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance reporting tools such as GA4.
• Knowledge of pixel/conversion tracking, UTM structuring and campaign QA.
• Excellent attention to detail when handling budgets, targeting and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
