Director, Macro Sales, Global Markets & Treasury Asia Pacific

About the role

We are seeking a Director to lead Macro Sales for Global Markets & Treasury across the Asia‑Pacific region, based in Singapore. The role will focus on servicing sophisticated institutional investors, particularly hedge funds, and driving revenue through FX, rates and derivative products.

Key responsibilities

• Market FX and rates products and provide client servicing to institutional investors.
• Deliver market updates and trade ideas in collaboration with traders, economists and strategists.
• Expand electronic trading platform penetration (FXConnect, FXGo, FXT, 360T, Tradeweb, ALLQ) and increase client connectivity.
• Identify new wallet opportunities, grow flow business and meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders – risk, legal, settlement, operations – to manage client relationships.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory limits and risk controls.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best‑practice business processes.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, commerce or engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in macro, interest‑rate, fixed‑income, FX, FX options or commodity derivatives sales/structuring serving institutional clients.
• Proven track record of building lasting relationships with hedge‑fund investors.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to compliance.
• Independent, resilient, motivated and a team player.
