Distribution Centre & Process Engineer Supervisor

About the role

Chanel is looking for a supervisor to lead its Fashion & Watches and Fine Jewelry operations in its Singapore Distribution Center. Working closely with Customer Service, Merchandising and Retail Operations, the role delivers high service levels to clients and the agility needed to meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead a cohesive team, monitoring performance against brand, financial, leadership, sustainability and client engagement objectives, and fostering an inclusive, psychologically safe environment
• Plan and execute resource needs so that the right people, processes and equipment support service levels and productivity
• Drive best-in-class order fulfillment, reasonable inventory levels and healthy stock turnover for merchandise and non-merchandise
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as productivity, service level, inventory accuracy, quality, safety and cost
• Run cycle counts, reconcile stock, investigate variances and implement corrective actions
• Lead the team in identifying process improvements and supporting supply chain projects on warehouse digitalization, automation and process optimization
• Report key operational updates to the Distribution Center Manager and suggest improvements

Required profile

• University graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or a related discipline
• Leadership, collaboration and people management skills
• Spoken and written English; Chinese proficiency is a plus

Required skills

• Project management and digital adoption skills (Power BI preferred)
