E-commerce Fulfillment Operator (Kallang SGLab)

About the role

Decathlon Singapore is hiring an E-commerce Fulfillment Operator for its Kallang SGLab, which is part of the e-commerce team and reports to the e-Commerce Operations Leader of Singapore Lab. The role is open to part-time and full-time candidates, and only Singapore citizens or Singapore PRs are considered.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure e-commerce operations run smoothly alongside colleagues, covering picking, packing, order issues and control tower, while meeting delivery KPIs
• Review operational procedures to improve the supply chain process and monitor 3PL performance through logistics KPIs
• Work closely with partners to strengthen operations
• Work with the Customer Service team to identify areas for improvement
• Contribute to the City project for e-commerce operations, including C02 optimization, the 0 Plastic project, supplier management, productivity reporting and a live dashboard

• Digitally minded, business-centric and self-motivated, with a passion for sport
• Able to make and take decisions

What we offer

• Starting package from $2,300, rising to $3,000 and beyond; $12 per hour for part-timers
