E-commerce & Marketing Intern, SEA

About the role

LVMH's Benefit Cosmetics is looking for an E-commerce and Marketing Intern for its Southeast Asia (SEA) business, based in Singapore. The intern takes ownership of one to two e-commerce marketing campaigns under the supervision of the SEA Digital & Ecommerce Manager and Assistant Ecommerce Manager, and supports brand loyalty, content creation, sales tracking and competitor analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one to two e-commerce marketing campaigns as an internship project.
• Support brand loyalty and engagement initiatives by collaborating with retailers.
• Monitor brand consistency across digital and e-commerce platforms and manage the retailer feed social calendar, including creative assets and captions.
• Directly manage campaign creative briefs for the SGMY markets.
• Track e-commerce and retail sales weekly, including a new-launch product tracker, alongside the SEA Product Manager.
• Research industry trends, consumer behaviour and competitors, and present insights to support growth on the Sephora and Lazada channels.
• Contribute to marketing 360 planning and execution, including PR launch events, digital campaigns and trade marketing.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the SEA Senior Marketing Manager, SEA PR & Digital Manager and SEA Assistant Ecommerce Manager.

Required profile

• Able to commit from December 2026 / January 2027 to June 2027.
• Social and digital savvy, confident, enthusiastic, passionate and energetic, with a good sense of humour.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly creative, able to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.

Required skills

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to create, edit and produce actual digital creative content.
