Entrepreneurship Temp (GIF & Incubation Programme)

About the role

SUSS is looking for someone to help bring the Geronpreneurship Innovation Festival (GIF) to life, working across programme planning, stakeholder communications, logistics and on-the-ground operations. The role also supports the SUSS Startup incubation programme with administrative functions in operations and marketing. It is a full-time, on-site position of 40 hours per week, with a minimum commitment until November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the festival and entrepreneurship programmes, including talks, exhibitions, networking sessions, competitions and fringe activities
• Manage scheduling, programme rundowns and speaker/partner coordination and follow-ups, and prepare briefing notes and on-site documents
• Help prepare event logistics such as venue, equipment, registration and materials, and liaise with the Events Management Company, venue provider and staff
• Support intake panels and demo day for the SUSS Startup incubation programme
• Communicate with speakers, partners, exhibitors and attendees, register and confirm guests, and handle stakeholder outreach and follow-ups
• Engage in community networking with ecosystem partners and support event-day operations, troubleshooting and post-event reporting
• Assist with marketing content, captions and posts, and help distribute event collaterals to students, founders, partners and mentors

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-based environment
• Able to work some evenings or weekends during peak periods
• An interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, ageing or social impact is a plus
