Thrive Organisation is seeking an enthusiastic entry‑level Marketing & Events Associate to represent its client partners. The role combines event activation, roadshow support and team coordination, offering regular travel opportunities across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing roadshows, trade fairs and promotional events.
• Engage with audiences on‑site, delivering brand messaging and gathering feedback.
• Collaborate with a small squad to meet event targets and drive measurable results.
• Support post‑event reporting and analysis to improve future activations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or entry‑level candidate with a strong willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, good communication skills and a team‑spirit.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
