About the role
Thrive Organisation is seeking an enthusiastic, fresh‑talent individual to join our Marketing and Events team. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on dynamic roadshows, events, and travel‑focused projects while developing core marketing skills.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and energise roadshows and events, acting as the brand’s front‑line ambassador.
- Lead and collaborate with a small squad, fostering teamwork and shared success.
- Convert set targets into measurable wins through coordinated team efforts.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; 1‑to‑1 mentorship will be provided.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Motivation for personal development and progress.
