Entry-Level Risk Analyst – FinTech

About the role

Audax is looking for an entry‑level Risk Analyst to join its Risk and Security Governance team. The role offers the chance to work in a fast‑growing FinTech environment, supporting the management of technology, information and cyber‑security risks for banking‑as‑a‑service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day risk governance activities across technology, information and cyber‑security risk domains.
• Maintain risk frameworks, policies, standards and related documentation.
• Update risk registers, action trackers and governance records.
• Assist with recurring processes such as Risk and Control Self‑Assessments, risk indicator tracking and governance reporting.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare materials, take minutes and follow up on action items.
• Help with periodic risk assessments covering product governance, cybersecurity, sanctions, anti‑bribery and financial crime controls.
• Track issue remediation and support third‑party risk reviews during onboarding and periodic assessments.
• Contribute to training, awareness and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in FinTech, enterprise risk management, cybersecurity governance or compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks accurately in a structured environment.
