Estate Manager (Home Eligibility Planning)

About the role

The Estate Manager (Home Eligibility Planning) develops and enhances IT systems and e-services to support operational efficiency and digital initiatives for flat purchase processes. The role may also involve rotating into a customer relations position handling HDB flat transactions, credit assessments and financial counselling. It suits an analytical, organised team player with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, administer and review systems and e-services to support operational efficiency and customer service excellence.
• Plan, formulate and implement new business IT solutions, and enhance existing portals and systems to support new or revised policies, digital initiatives and streamlined flat purchase processes.
• Rotate into a customer relations role, administering and processing HDB flat sale or resale transactions.
• In the customer relations role, conduct credit assessments, financial counselling and assessment of re-housing benefits, interacting daily with applicants, residents, solicitors and agencies.
